HOW LONG IS THE DELIVERY TIME?

EUROPEAN ORDERS: PLEASE ALLOW 1 TO 7 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY AFTER RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: PLEASE ALLOW 3 TO 14 WORKING DAYS FOR DELIVERY AFTER RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION. CUSTOMS MAY HOLD UP YOUR ORDER WHICH MAY CAUSE ITS DELIVERY TO BE DELAYED.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you change your mind about an item you must notify us within 10 days after having received your purchase. To return an order please contact customerservice@collevetements.com and await our return confirmation and shipping details. When received, you can return your order by the following procedure:

Place the product in a shipping box or plastic bag. Hats and caps must be returned in a box so they do not get squashed out of shape. Enclose the original sales receipt to the product. Write RETURN on the package to ensure a faster expedition.
