Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll start the handling process and you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail.
we partner with Bpost, postnl, dhl, international and gls parcel service for getting the packages delivered. Final delivery could be handled by your local postage service.
How to follow your order
A shipping confirmation email with tracking number will be sent to you as soon as we dispatch your order. Use this link to follow your order.
BECAUSE OF INCREASING AMOUNT OF ORDERS WITH EACH SALE, delivery times depend on which product(s) are being sold; shipment may take up to 5 weeks from the moment of ordering, depending on the item. You will then receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order has been dispatched.
european orders: please allow 1 to 7 working days for delivery after receiving your shipment confirmation.
international orders: please allow 3 to 14 working days for delivery after receiving your shipment confirmation. Customs may hold up your order which may cause its delivery to be delayed.
If you change your mind about an item you must notify us within 10 days after having received your purchase. To return an order please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and await our return confirmation and shipping details. When received, you can return your order by the following procedure:
Make sure that the product is still in perfect condition with undamaged packaging and tags still attached.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not match these criteria:
Place the product in a shipping box or plastic bag. Hats and caps must be returned in a box so they do not get squashed out of shape.
Enclose the original sales receipt to the product.
Write RETURN on the package to ensure a faster expedition.
The return and financial responsibility are yours until it reaches COLLé and is confirmed by a delivery confirmation. Please notice that we can exchange your items to another size or color if available in stock.
